Is the recovery service free?
It is free for Expansion and Prosperity members, while Advanced members need to pay for it.
Can I change the recovery timelock of the vault?
No.
If both the owner key and co-manager keys are lost, can the assets still be recovered?

Can I start recovery if there are unfinished transactions?
Yes. The recovery operation will cancel unfinished transactions first, and then continue the recovery process.
